At Esmeya, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please review our refund policy below.
Returns Policy Overview: All product sizes are specified in the product details, so please verify the size before placing your order. Size-related concerns will not be eligible for returns, and refunds will not be issued. Customers are responsible for a return shipping fee of Rs.150, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
We request that you record a full 360-degree unboxing video upon receiving your package. Kindly capture the video in clear lighting as this serves as a proof.
Our return policy is valid for 7 days; if 7 days have passed since you received your item, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Certain items are non-returnable, like customized or personalised products, intimate or made to order products. Additional non-returnable items include Nose Pins, Toe Rings, Earrings, body piercing products, hair accessories and gift cards.
- REFUNDS (If Applicable):
Refunds will be processed after your return is received and inspected, and you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Your refund will be processed once it is approved and you will receive the amount through original payment method or credit will be applied to your credit card. This process will take a few days.
- LATE REFUNDS:
There is typically a processing period before a refund appears. So kindly check your bank account once more. Following that reach out to your credit card company, as it may take a while for your refund to be officially reflected. - ITEMS ON SALE:
Refunds are only available for items purchased at regular price; unfortunately, items on sale are not eligible for refunds.
- EXCHANGES:
Only defective and damaged items are eligible for exchange. Minor variations in colour or design from the images displayed on our website do not qualify for an exchange. We will only process your order if we have the exact product you ordered; otherwise, we will not ship it. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be subtracted from the total amount refunded. The time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary based on your location.
