We offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping availability and delivery times may vary based on your location.

  1. Processing Time

Please note that COD orders require a verification process, so expect 1-2 days for order verification, an additional day for processing

  • COD Orders are typically processed after verification process which usually takes 1-2 business days. Post the order verification through call, orders are shipped on the following business day.
  • PREPAID orders are shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional events.
  1. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely delivery. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 4 to 5 business days for COD after order confirmation with RS.100/- Charge
  • Express Domestic Shipping: 2 to 3 business days for COD after order confirmation with RS.200/- Charge

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays.

Shipping fees are fixed for selected COD(cash on Delivery) shipping methods. Free shipping is available for orders exceeding Rs.999/-, as indicated on our website.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order through the provided courier website.

  1. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply based on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

  1. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as weather conditions, customs delays, or courier disruptions may affect shipping times. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team for assistance.

  1. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply.
